WPC production line

It adopts two stage ways to produce high quality WPC profiles with enomical production cost. The first stage is WPC parallel twin screw extrudergranulating&compounding which pre-plasticizing and compound material, the second stage is conical twin screw extrusion. but if produce PVC wood composite product, it can adopts one step direct extrusion method, no need granulating and componding. with different mouldsit canproduce different WPC profiles,such as:WPC rail, fencing,decking, door frame,WPC hollow door board and so on. we have different capacity from 120kg/h-1000kg/h for your option, expecting receive you inquiry !
